————————————

I have truly realized it is time to get medical help to lose weight. My size and weight has greatly been negatively affecting my self esteem and is also very bad for my joints. Also, my weight could possibly affect my health in many other negative ways in the future if I do not lose weight. I can’t lose weight on my own, so I must get help now.

I also feel like it is my last hurrah to lost weight and to look good. I used to be beautiful and honestly for 53 years old my face is still looking pretty good. I feel like I could look beautiful and feel great again, if I could just lose weight.

I could walk without pain and slow down the progress of my arthritis in my joints. I would be able to exercise without hurting myself. All of these are huge benefits of the extreme weight loss that I need.

I know beauty comes from the inside and God has blessed me with a beautiful heart, but I know I would be so much more confident with myself and will be able to accomplish my many goals easier and much more confidently. I want to help more people, touch people’s lives, volunteer more and go out and give more speeches to educate and increase awareness of bipolar disorder and mental illness, reduce mental illness stigma nd reduce the suicide rate.

I will always live with my bipolar symptoms but my bipolar and mental health is better than it has ever been since my diagnosis about 24 years ago. I am ready to live my new life to my greatest potential. My outer appearance will help my self esteem and will help improve my mental health as well.

I feel like losing weight is an emergency for me at this time. I am ready to do anything and everything it takes but I need help.

I have started the process for BARIATRIC SURGERY. It takes six months for the entire process before they will approve your surgery, but I am ready to do what ever it takes. During the six month process I will even go on the Opti-fast weight loss program under medical supervision to lose weight before the surgery.

My greatest fear is that somehow my insurance will not cover the surgery and I will not be approved for the surgery. I pray that doesn’t happen to me.

I will be praying everything works out for me. Please pray for me that I will be able to have Bariatric surgery because I need to have it. I appreciate your prayers and love you for them.

I know it is God’s will and His decision and it is all in His hands and plans for me, but prayers sure do help.

Thank you for reading and thank you for your prayers my dear blogging friends. Hugs and blessings to all of you always and forever.
