I will be posting something important about mental illness every day throughout the month of May on my blog in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.

Please keep visiting my blog My Loud Bipolar Whispers and look for statistics or other beneficial information related to mental illness to increase awareness, educate, reduce mental illness stigma and reduce suicides.

It is crucial and imperative for all of us to get involved and save lives.

So, please visit my blog every day, but especially every day throughout the month of May.

Thank you. Hugs and blessings to all of you always and forever.

      • At first yes. But then I think about it and I’m not really surprised. Sometimes I wonder if the numbers are low as there is still a stigma and some folks continue to struggle in silence.

      • That is a great point. The numbers may not be accurate because of that. I think the stigma is so much worse than people think or admit. You are only truly faced with stigma if you are living it and it is still out there loud and strong unfortunately. We all have so much work to do. The suicide rate increasing so greatly breaks my heart. Where I live I heard there is a decrease n Psychiatrists. That is very troubling indeed. Well thank you for the reblog and the comment. I always love getting feedback from others Thank you so much. Love, hugs and blessings. ❤ Sue
