Triumph over Tragedy (Daily Word Prompt is Triumph)

“The harder the conflict, the greater the triumph.” ~George Washington

My victory is a triumph over bipolar disorder, suicide and death.

I must be honest that suicidal ideations, suicide attempts, and death can be a reality of mental illness for most people living with mental illness.

It is the honest truth and we must all begin to listen to the words of the many people who speak the truth of what it is like to live with the many symptoms, struggles, obstacles and pain of mental illness.

We must all triumph over our own adversity and the adversities of others.

We are all in this life together.

Let us all live and love and help each other.

That is how we can live, thrive and survive together united as one.

Let us all triumph over tragedy.

Stop the stigma of mental illness.

Stigma is a tragedy.

Let us all triumph over stigma!
