Sometimes I talk too loud.

I need a bipolar dial to control the volume of my voice.

I need dial for that.

Sometimes I talk to fast.

I need a bipolar dial to control the rate of I speak.

I need a dial for that.

Sometimes may mind is racing too fast from one thought and idea to the next.

I need a bipolar dial to control my rapid racing thoughts.

I need a dial for that.

Sometimes my mind is overflowing and cluttered with too many words, thoughts and ideas all at the same time.

I need a bipolar dial to reduce the amount of content inside my brain.

I need a dial for that.

Sometimes memories from my past replay in my mind and I do not want them there.

I need a bipolar dial to change my memory channels and remove some memories from inside my mind.

I need a dial for that.

Sometimes my mood pools are at extreme levels that cause severe pain, negative symptoms and are not safe and healthy for me.

I need a bipolar dial to adjust my mood poles to be at a healthy, safe and ideal mood pole for me.

I need a dial for that.

Sometimes there is the very painful stigma of mental illness that shames, disgraces, discriminates and cause cruelty towards people with mental illness, just because of the type of illness we happen to have.

Stigma and the painful words and actions of stigma wound and hurt deeply and can negatively impact the lives of many people living with mental illness.

I need a bipolar dial to permanently delete and wipe out mental illness stigma forever.

I need a dial for that.

We all need a dial for that.
