It’s a Good Brain Day

I told my daughter everything would be okay,

reassuring her by saying “It’s a good brain day.”

I had a bright inkling,

more than a twinkling,

that I was in a good mood pole and my brain was working well.

Living with bipolar, it is something I have learned how to tell.

Most people don’t measure the quality of their day or moment,

based on the sensations inside their brain as the main component,

but living with bipolar, the perception of your mind is your reality within,

understanding and accepting it is essential for successful recovery to begin.

I hope your day is a good brain day.

Have a happy, healthy, fabulous, “good brain” kind of day.

Huge hugs and many blessings.

Love, Sue
